New Permanent Resident Offer

This offer is promoted by Bupa Aged Care Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 74 082 931 575) (Bupa Aged Care) and is available to Eligible Individuals (as defined below).

Offer Period

The offer is available between 10 November 2025 and 31 December 2025 inclusive (Offer Period) to Eligible Individuals who are admitted to a Participating Bupa Aged Care home during the Offer Period, subject to the terms and conditions of this offer.

Bupa Aged Care may withdraw this offer at its discretion. The withdrawal of the offer will not impact Eligible Individuals who have been admitted to the Bupa Berwick aged care home based on this offer.

What’s the offer?

Bupa Aged Care will apply a one-off deduction of $100,000 to the advertised room price and waive the Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) (if applicable) for a period of two months for Eligible Individuals, from the date of their admission (Occupancy Date) to a Participating Bupa Aged Care home.

What this means for Eligible Individuals:

Full Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) payees- If you are funding your accommodations cost with a lump sum payment called a RAD then the $100,000 advertised room discount will be reflected by a $100,000 discount in the RAD you pay. You will not receive any waiver of DAP as you will not be paying a DAP.
Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) payees- If you are funding your accommodation costs via a DAP, only then will your DAP be calculated on the discounted room price. We will also waive your DAP payment for the first 2 months from the date of your admission.
Combination of RAD and DAP payees - If you are funding your accommodation costs via a combination of DAP and RAD then these will be calculated by reference to the discounted room price. We will also waive your DAP payment for the first 2 months.

The total value of this offer is dependent on the Participating Bupa Aged Care home you are admitted to and your RAD, DAP or RAD and DAP liability which will be set out in your Residential Aged Care Agreement.

Eligible Individuals

To be eligible for this offer, you have to:

be admitted as a new permanent resident;
be a fully self-funded resident (i.e. not be eligible for any government contribution towards your aged care costs);
take up your residency in a Participating Bupa Aged Care home during the Offer Period on the terms set out in your Residential Aged Care Agreement which you will have an opportunity to review and consider; and
meet all other requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions, collectively, ‘Eligible Individuals’.

Participating Bupa Aged Care homes

This offer is only applicable to the following Bupa Aged Care homes located in Victoria: Bupa Berwick, Bupa Croydon, Bupa Greensborough, Bupa South Morang, and Bupa Woodend.

What are the offer’s conditions/exclusions?

An individual is not eligible for this offer if any one or more of the following apply:

You are moving from one Bupa Aged Care home to another Bupa Aged Care home;
You have been referred to Bupa Aged Care by a placement agent or any other third-party with whom Bupa Aged Care has a commercial agreement with, in respect to payment for the placement of residents into Bupa Aged Care homes;
You are eligible for government contributions towards your aged care costs, for example you are assessed as being partially funded or a fully funded payer; and
You do not otherwise meet the criteria for eligibility.

Bupa Aged Care reserves the right to refuse admission based on clinical or other considerations at its discretion.

How do I receive the offer?

You do not need to apply to receive the offer. We will let you know if you have met the criteria when discussing your admission. Your Agreement for Residential Care and billing will reflect redemption of the offer.

This offer is not redeemable for cash.
