Connect App

Bupa Aged Care Connect is a free app that helps team members and relatives access real-time advice and information, as well as stay up to date with activities in the home.

When moving into your home, loved ones will be asked to download the app and be given the login.

If you have not got your login details or have misplaced them, please contact your care home General Manager who can provide this to you.

What information is on the app?

The Bupa Aged Care Connect App provides you with information and advice including:

  • Regular Bupa updates 

  • Information about life and activities with residents in our care homes 

  • Up-to-date Bupa Aged Care communications on COVID-19

  • Support materials including COVID-19 government health advice, dementia care and wellbeing tips

  • Details for Bupa’s feedback line and care home contacts

  • Updates and information for our employees, including training, wellbeing, and support resources

What device do I need to download the app?

You will need a Smartphone to download the Bupa Aged Care Connect app.

The app is free to download from Google Play for Android 7 and above or from the Apple Store for iPhone 6s and above.

Android Smartphones include Samsung, Google, Huawei, Sony, HTC, Nokia or Motorola.

How do I download the app?

Access the Bupa Aged Care Connect App on your smartphone by following these simple steps:

  • Step 1. Click on the icon for the ‘App Store’ or ‘Play Store’

  • Step 2. In the Search space, type in ‘Bupa Aged Care Connect’ or follow the below direct links: Apple App Store Google Play Store

  • Step 3. Click ‘Get’ then follow the prompts to install

  • Step 4. Login to the App by entering the email ID and password provided to you by your care home’s General Manager

I cannot get the app to install or login, what do I do?

Please check that your phone’s software is up to date and that your phone is supported (iPhone 6s or android smartphone running Android 7 and above).

If you cannot find the app in your app store, search for ‘Bupa Aged Care Connect’.

Ensure you have entered the correct Email ID and password.

If you still can’t get the app to install or log in on your phone, please contact support.

Who do I talk to if I need more support with the app?

If you have any further questions, speak with your care home’s General Manager. 

Can I share the information on the app with friends and family?

Yes, you can share the app email ID and password to any friends and family who wish to stay informed about their loved ones.

The app is designed for relatives and friends of Bupa Aged Care residents, so we request that you do not share the login details publicly.

Can I use the app to send photos or videos to our loved one in the home?

If you would like to share photos or videos with residents, please speak with your General Manager about the best way to do this.

Can I ask questions or provide feedback in the app?

We would encourage you direct your questions or feedback to the care home directly.

However, if you are not comfortable providing feedback at the home, please use ‘Your Feedback’ on the App.
