Stella has been part of the Bupa Caulfield family for almost a decade, and her presence has shaped the place more than she realises.

After starting as a Personal Care Assistant, she took on a new challenge at reception, quickly becoming the calm, friendly face people looked forward to seeing. Her ability to switch between Italian, Greek and English didn’t hurt either.

Now, Stella’s moving into a Carer Companion role, helping new residents feel settled and showing families around the home. It’s a natural next step for someone who brings a steady, reassuring energy to every interaction.

Stella has grown with Bupa Caulfield, and Bupa Caulfield has grown with her.
