* You must book at least one week in advance to moving in. Costs such as the Means Tested Care Fee (for permanent residents only) and Other Additional Service Costs will apply. You must meet health and eligibility requirements for respite care, and permanent care (if you transition to permanent care), have an ACAT/ACAS assessment for admission and sufficient subsidised respite care days for the duration of your respite stay. Respite and permanent admission is dependent on availability at Bupa Barrabool, Caulfield, Clayton, Portland, Traralgon and Woodend.
