Residential care homes provide nursing care, meals and support with everyday living needs like personal care, cleaning and laundry.

Care and nursing home services

You’ll be well looked after at your Bupa care home.

Working with you, we’ll design a personalised plan that provides support in the way you prefer. If and when your needs change, we’ll involve you and your family to be part of important decisions regarding your care.

There’s a variety of services offered to residents from preventative healthcare to wellbeing services which may include:

  • Pampering in the care home

  • On-site allied health services such as physio, podiatry and optical

  • General Practitioner (GP) visits

  • Exercise classes and pet therapy

Your care home may have

Your day, your way

Caring for you means helping you to stay healthy and happy.

As you settle into your new home, your lifestyle team will spend time getting to know you, including your interests and preferences. Together we’ll map out ideas of activities you may enjoy.

Your team will organise on-site activities and events to keep you engaged, including a calendar of events which celebrate a range of special days and cultural festivities.

If you’d like to take part, we focus on what you can do and what interests you. Your family, friends and carers are welcome to join in.

Stay connected with family and friends

We help you stay connected no matter where your family lives.

With your input, we can share special moments like photos of you to your family and friends, in a care home private Facebook group.

You may also be spotted in a regular care home newsletter, and family can keep up to date with events happening in the home using the Bupa Connect app.
