Who we are - Bupa Aged Care

Who we are

We draw on the knowledge and experience of some of the best aged care professionals in Australia and around the world.

Outside Australia, Bupa Care is a leading operator of residential aged care homes in New Zealand, Spain and the United Kingdom. In Australia, our sister business is Bupa Australia.

Why choose us?

We’re devoted to tailored care for every person. We care for health and wellbeing. But just as importantly, we genuinely care about the things which make each of our residents unique.

Bupa resident and relative meetings and focus groups

At Bupa, we hold regular meetings of residents and relatives as well as focus groups where we discuss matters of interest, general issues and suggestions. The views of residents and relatives are actively sought in areas such as lifestyle programs, living environment, and care and services.

We encourage interaction between residents, staff and management so that we’re able to create and maintain a mutually beneficial and productive relationship in which services can be continually improved.
