Bupa Aged Care employs 4,000 staff, ranging from maintenance people, to housekeepers, to nurses and senior managers.
Our nurses are the lynch pin of our clinical care. In 2010 Bupa introduced the graduate nurse program, designed to attract recent graduate nurses to the aged care industry. Run in conjunction with the Australian College of Nursing, the GNP offers hands-on clinical exposure and academic sessions. The graduates are also offered the opportunity to commence a three-year post graduate certificate in aged care, funded by Bupa.

We have a vast range of activities you can choose to get involved with. We play an active role in the community and of course, families are always welcome for visits.
