We pride ourselves on providing a fresh, seasonal menu and a choice of cuisine at every meal with the help of our dietician. We value your input, and strive to make sure that your preferences are reflected in our menus as much as possible. Monthly focus groups meet on a range of topics, including food, to make sure that what you want is on our menus.
You can enjoy choice at every meal time, with hot meals, soup, and salad all available at lunch and dinner, and a cooked breakfast every morning. Between mealtimes we provide mid-morning and afternoon tea, lots of fresh fruit, delicious home baked muffins and a happy hour with cheese and crackers, so there’s always something to delight your taste buds.
We have two elegant dining rooms you can choose to eat in or, if you’d prefer, you can dine in the comfort of your own room. We also have a beautiful café called ‘Caffecinos’ to enjoy coffee in, and our roof terrace is an ideal setting for high tea or alfresco dining.
We welcome your friends and family at any time, giving you and your loved ones flexibility and peace of mind that they can pop by to visit you whenever they’d like. Children are especially welcome and we have a toy box to help keep them entertained.
Your family are always welcome to attend our celebrations, including Christmas parties, birthdays and concerts. If there’s a special occasion that you would like to celebrate with your family and friends, you can celebrate in style by using our large private dining room which leads onto the roof terrace. Or you could invite guests to join you in our café area or for a BBQ on the roof terrace.
Our quarterly resident-relative meetings are a great opportunity for you and your family to let us know how things are going. They also give us a chance to get to know your family a little better. Family members can also receive our newsletter with updates and information about events around the home.
At Bupa Mosman, you can continue to be a part of the local community. We take every opportunity to get involved with our local area and we invite the community to all our events and concerts. Especially popular are our themed events, from 1950’s swing parties to wine and cheese nights.

We have a dedicated group of volunteers from local schools and churches who regularly visit our home. They bring plenty of entertainment, lots of laughs and great company. To make sure your spiritual needs are well catered for, we hold church services led by different denominations, including Catholic and Anglican.
Moving into a care home is a big decision and it’s important to make sure you choose the payment option that suits you best. Your costs may vary according to your financial situation and we advise you to seek independent financial advice before entering an aged care home to help you choose the right payment option for you.
To help ensure that care is affordable for everyone, the Australian Government calculates and regulates maximum daily fees and enforces limits as to how much you can be asked to pay for accommodation.
Your fees for aged care cover both the care you receive and your accommodation, and sometimes, extra services.
Your care fees cover daily living costs such as nursing care, housekeeping and meals. They are paid, in part, by all residents and are determined by the Department of Social Services.
For residents entering care after July 1 2014, you can choose from three simple ways to pay for your accommodation.
These options allow for more flexibility on how you pay for accommodation and are designed to be fairer for everyone.
You can visit the web page of your chosen care home on the Bupa Aged Care website and click on the “Accommodation” tab.
Some aged care homes offer a higher standard of accommodation, food and service in return for a daily fee. Whether you are in an Extra Service home or not, the quality of your care remains the same.
For people who need regular assistance with most daily activities
Offers residents a higher standard of accommodation, services, food and recreational activities.
