Set in a leafy bayside suburb in Victoria, our lively home is close to the bay and local cultural community links. Bupa Caulfield has public transport nearby, making our home easily accessible with train and bus services close by.
When you enter our home, you will find a range of communal areas that are complete with tasteful decorations to create warm and welcoming spaces. Our dining rooms have large windows to bring in plenty of natural light, while our cosy living room is ideal for a quiet space to relax in or catch up with family and friends.
Outdoors, our home is surrounded by landscaped gardens that are brimming with flowers. We have a covered courtyard with table and chairs, a BBQ area and for those with a green thumb, we have raised flower beds and veggie patches for your enjoyment.
Knowing you as an individual is fundamental to Bupa’s approach to care. Our dedicated teams have completed ‘Person-First’ training, which means your care is tailored to suit your personal needs and preferences. You can be confident that we’ll be there for you when you need us with access to a registered nurse 24 hours a day. Our home is also complete with a CCTV security system and an easy-to-use nurse call system.
At Bupa Caulfield, we value the experience of passionate registered nurses and carers who are committed to providing the care you need, in the way you want. As well as our dedicated care team, you will have access to our twice-weekly visiting physiotherapist, and a podiatrist and optometrist who visit our home regularly. Our role is to help you stay healthy and care for you when you are sick.
Before you become a resident here, you are welcomed into our home and taken on a personal tour. Our General Manager and friendly team will spend some one on one time getting to know you and creating a care plan that suits you.

Moving into a care home is a big decision and it’s important to make sure you choose the payment option that suits you best. Your costs may vary according to your financial situation and we advise you to seek independent financial advice before entering an aged care home to help you choose the right payment option for you.
To help ensure that care is affordable for everyone, the Australian Government calculates and regulates maximum daily fees and enforces limits as to how much you can be asked to pay for accommodation.
Your fees for aged care cover both the care you receive and your accommodation, and sometimes, extra services.
Your care fees cover daily living costs such as nursing care, housekeeping and meals. They are paid, in part, by all residents and are determined by the Department of Social Services.
For residents entering care after July 1 2014, you can choose from three simple ways to pay for your accommodation.
These options allow for more flexibility on how you pay for accommodation and are designed to be fairer for everyone.
You can visit the web page of your chosen care home on the Bupa Aged Care website and click on the “Accommodation” tab.
Some aged care homes offer a higher standard of accommodation, food and service in return for a daily fee. Whether you are in an Extra Service home or not, the quality of your care remains the same.
