Congratulations to our HR team for winning the Fons Trompenaars Award for Innovation and Creativity at the AHRI 2011 National Awards
Jenny Foley from Bupa Greensborough, (VIC) won the Continuous Improvement and General Manager of the Year Award 2010.
Jenny was recognised for outstanding leadership, having developed her home into a flagship for Bupa Aged Care.
Her achievements included providing outstanding service to residents and their families; development of key individuals in her team; and the implementation of a high quality resident dining experience.
Sandra McKenny, General Manger of Bupa Dural took out the 2010 Facility of the Year Award.
She was credited with building a dedicated team of people, committed to delivering the best care to residents. Sandra was also recognised for developing ties with the local community including the recent Pet-Fest fund raiser which made $5,000 for QLD disaster relief.
